As a Senior Managing Director for Tandym Pro’s financial services division, Victor is responsible for hiring portfolio managers, quant researchers and developers, and software engineers.

Prior to joining Tandym Group in 2016, Victor spent many years in the financial services industry as an Advisor, before moving over to recruiting.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from New York University. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with his family.
